Fancy a trip to Snowfactor in Glasgow?
Some early Christmas shopping?!
Read on............
The club has been given access to the slope for a training session including gates. Gary and his team will be coaching. We have had a fantastic start to the dry mat season at Alford with 3 great training days so far but the opportunity for a day training on snow seems too good to miss. The idea is for the club to have a fun day out.
Racers of all ages and abilities, especially those new to racing, are invited. It’s a brilliant venue and our racers who have been to Snowfactor before always have a great time.
The cost is £25 per racer (includes 4 hours on slope with gates, lift pass, lunch and use of conference room) plus £10 contribution for coach hire. The additional cost of this trip will be subsidised by the club.
Exact time and place of departure to be confirmed but the idea is to leave about 8.30am with access to the slope from 1.30pm.
Parent helpers from the club will supervise the racers. Parents are welcome too.
Braehead is a great place to ski and shop so why not sign up! We have a 45 seater coach and need a minimum of 15 skiers to sign up for this to be viable so get your names in now.
