Important Notice. Snow Season Sign Up Form.

Since the last committee meeting the club have decided to trial a new system for signing up to training.  This system, which we hope will be more flexible, allows you to sign up and pay in advance for the weeks you know you can make. This allows you the ability to not have to pay for pre-determined days that you can't make due to holidays or other planned activities. Payment for the whole season will still be required up front.


The form also encourages you to sign up for race support on Saturdays as well as indicating which races you plan to attend during the season.

We hope that this systems is preferable to our members as well as being a benefit for the club. It is hoped that by knowing who is attending each week we can structure our training accordingly and allocate our coaches appropriately, especially on weekends where we are offering race support and training.

We realise that it this is a new system which we are using so there may be a few teething problems but we would be grateful if you could bear with us and we will try and make it as smooth as possible.

For those that have already signed up to this seasons training on the original system and have paid up already then please still complete the new form accordingly and we will sort out any refunds/ additional payments that are required.

If a race is cancelled on a Sunday then those signed up to race will automatically be transferred into our training schedule. If training is cancelled on a Sunday then a refund will be arranged at the end of the season.
