Thursday evening was a long evening for the new committee with a lot on the agenda. Our chairman Graeme was held up and hence a few minutes late and in keeping with tradition was landed with keeping the minutes!
We started off by welcoming Michelle Lints to the committee, she has kindly agreed to take on some of the admin duties. Meanwhile Gary was trying to persuade anyone who would listen to take on his roles as Coach Convenor and Head Coach............luckily nobody was listening to him!
Here are a few of the items discussed
- Date and arrangements for performance and club trials (see posts prior to this)
- Dates for dry slope training (details will follow shortly)
- Clothing, Lynne has done a pile of work on new clothing through Rugby Plus, details will be published on this site soon.
- Scottish Dry Mat Champs and Craig McFie Classic. We will be supporting the dry mat champs and also running a training day on the 12 September prior to the Craig McFie, support for the race on the Sunday will depend on numbers.
